An organ recital by Peter Kwater and Carol Wareing, featuring duets and solo works by composers including Burkhardt, Vierne, Piazza, Bédard, Callaghan, Franck and Briggs.
Carol and Peter both work for Wigan Music Service, as well as directing and accompanying a number of choral societies and ensembles in the North West.
Our Summer Series of Organ Recitals are played on the Cathedral’s JW Walker & Sons organ. Recitals take place each Saturday from 21 July – 1 September. Admission is free, with a retiring collection.
