VISITING THE METROPOLITAN CATHEDRAL OF CHRIST THE KING
The Cathedral is normally open from 8.00am to 6.00pm, but closed
at 5.00pm on Sundays in winter.
There is no charge for admission but a contribution to the upkeep of the building would be appreciated.
Guides are usually on duty to show you round and explain the mission of the
Cathedral. Photography is permitted in the Cathedral except during
Services.
There is an underground car park which is open to all visitors
from 8.00am 6.00pm daily. There are also spaces for disabled
drivers which are all clearly marked. In addition to the staircase
a lift provides access to the Cathedral from the underground car
park area.
The Bookshop is open from 10.00am - 5.00pm daily.
Toilets are situated near the entrance.
The Cathedral is a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street station and is
served by a number of buses from the city centre. Log onto
