CHILDREN´S CHAPEL

The Chapel is dedicated to children. The stone-finished sculpture by Stephen Foster depicts Christ with the children expressing His words in the Gospel: “Let the children come to me.” The inscription is in English and Chinese, recalling that the sculpture is the gift of a member of Liverpool´s long-established Chinese community. Here a candle burns constantly and flowers are laid in memory of infants who have no known grave.
